Do You Have Everything On The Website In Stock?

All stock listed on the website is in stock and available for immediate delivery. We do not advertise stock that we don’t have physically available.

How Long Does Delivery Usually Take?

Once an order is dispatched, delivery is usually very quick and usually within 48 working hours (excluding Bank Holidays & Weekends) in most cases (subject to their being no delay on Royal Mail’s internal systems). Internal factors within Royal Mail can delay goods reaching customers in some cases, but goods will filter through their system, without explanation as to the cause of the delay, to customer.

How Do I Know If Goods Have Been Dispatcched Or Not?

Orders are dispatched the same day for orders received up to 5pm on weekdays (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). We do not send email dispatch confirmations (unless DPD courier is used). To check order status, please log into your account and click on “My Account” and then “Orders”. Orders showing with a status “Completed” have been dispatched to you.

What Does Order Completed Status Mean?

When a order is dispatched from ourselves, the order status is updated to “Completed”. This simply means that goods have been dispatched our side and are in the Royal Mail or DPD system for delivery.

How Do I Collect Reward Points On My Orders?

In order to earn reward from purchases, you need to firstly register a account with us. Once registered, please log into your account, and then place your order rather than using a guest account. Guest accounts do not accumulate any reward points. Reward points are allocated to customer accounts once the order has been dispatched from us to Royal Mail or DPD Courier.

How Long Before Goods Are Classified As Lost & Need Replacing?

In the rare eventuality that goods do not arrive to you after 10 working days (Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays) after we posted them out, we can either redispatch the order to you or we can refund you if you prefer. It is at this duration point, goods are officially classified as “lost” by Royal Mail and a claim against Royal Mail can be initiated by us for the lost goods.

Goods Are On The Way Back To Yourself As I Didn't Collect Them?

If goods are returned to us due to non-collection via Royal Mail or DPD Courier, we will refund you for the goods returned to us minus a £3.99 charge to cover the wasted delivery charges we have incurred our side to send you the goods our initially.
